CONTEMPORARY

ARCHITECTURAL STYLE

Contemporary Architectural styles include a wide range of characteristics and elements that reflect on different modern designs. Clean open floor plans allow flexibility of use on interiors. Natural and sustainable materials often guide the façade aesthetic with large glass windows allowing natural light to penetrate into the building. Installation of sliding and pocket doors connect indoor to outdoor spaces, enlarging living spaces for gatherings and allowing natural ventilation.

Contemporary Architecture blends styles together combining features and floor plans to come up with the best modern conceptual design. Concrete is a beautiful element of contemporary design, providing structure while giving freedom when designing, as concrete can be poured in custom shapes and sizes. With modern technology and capabilities, curves, rounded spaces and related forms are now possible and can define spaces in a unique way. Flat and overhanging roofs are also common in contemporary designs allowing roof decks, or shading for balconies below.
