We are completely automated, using the latest technologies in developing three-dimensional modeling, color renderings, and full- color animations. Our ‘Client Portal’ provides our clientele convenient access to their plans for status updates and review.

Our Mission
In 1985, Siavesh Jazayeri earned his professional degree at the Southern California Institute of Architecture, beginning his career with the Randy Washington Group in Santa Monica. In 1987, he joined the prestigious firm of William R. Pauli Architects. In February 2000, he took his dream by the reins, launching SIA Architectural Design, Inc.
His work reflects on personal architectural style, which always combines clients’ diverse stylistic and functional criteria. Most recent projects are elegant contemporary designs reminiscent of Californian architectural archetypes as influenced by legendary architect Rudolf M. Schindler. Also drawing inspiration from rural European archetypes such as Italian Hill Towns and Country Villas, as well as those from the beautiful Mediterranean Coast. Sia’s goal is to create exquisite custom homes that blend artful detailing with modern sensibility and functionality.
To manifest his vision, SIA Architectural Design employs highly trained professionals with varied backgrounds, deep knowledge and experience in architecture, landscape analysis, and engineering. Coordinating with outsourced collaborations, ensure fulfillment of government requirements and structural stability. For each commission, a project manager is assignment, under the direction of the Principal Architect, who then prepares construction documents and supervises project administration.
